Office of the Registrar

Office of the Registrar - service, engaged in the registration of the entire history of the student's educational achievements; ensures the organization of all types of knowledge control and calculation of student academic rating;

Main activities:

• student registration and administration of student database;

• registration and issuance of student ID cards, all types of certificates to be presented according to student requests;

• arranging individual study plans and transcripts;

• organization of registration process;

• providing information about students’ academic results by the means of electronic student portal;

• informing students on the academic achievements according to Mid-Term Exam results and Final Exam results;

• providing relevant information on academic processes according to students and parents requests;

• calculation of the academic rating (the level of the transfer point) of the student following the results of the course passed.

For all questions concerning student’s academic achievements, information on the academic process, the results of the semester and the GPA level, the receipt of personal documents submitted in the period of admission to the University, information regarding student transfer, disqualification, restoration, as well as tuition fees, please contact Office of the Registrar
