Present Indefinite (Simple)

1. Действие обычное, постоянное, свойственное подлежащему	I get up at eight o'clock.	Я встаю в восемь часов.
2. Действие, происходящее в момент речи (вместо Present Continuous)	I don't understand this sentence.	Я не понимаю этого предложения.
3. Будущее действие в придаточных, предложениях условия и времени	If he comes, I will ask him about, it.	Если он придет, я спрошу его об этом.
4. Будущее действие, выполнение которого не зввисит от говорящего	The steamer sails tomorrow	Пароход уходит завтра.

Past Indefinite (Simple)
