GENERAL INFORMATION

VII International Graduate and Postgraduate Students Conference  

«Progress through Innovations»

 We warmly invite Bachelor and Master of Science students, postgraduates and young scientists to participate in the conference «Progress through Innovations».

The working languages of the conference: English, German and French.

Following the results of the conference the Committee plans to publish a collection of abstracts (Proceedings) in English, German and French that is included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) base with the ISBN assigned.

Conference terms

We will appreciate the completed scientific and research works of theoretical and practical value which are relevant to the topic of the conference.

 The participants are to submit the following documents in one archived file (PetrovAV-1, where 1 means the number of the section) at the site iytf.nstu.ru:

1. Conference application form (Appendix 1) – (Deadline: February 28, 2018.)

2. Abstract in the conference working language (Appendix 2) - (Deadline: February 28, 2018.)

3. Abstract in Russian (Appendix 2) (only for representatives of Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU)) - (Deadline: February 28, 2018.).

4.  A document, confirming the permission of the participant’s organization authorities for open publication (Appendix 3) (for all those participants who do not represent NSTU) in the language of the participants’ country and in the form, accepted by the participants’ organization.

Registration, abstract and other documents submission are available through the site iytf.nstu.ru. At the beginning of the conference, the program and the collection of abstracts will be available in hard copy (English, German, French).

The organizing committee reviews the manuscripts submitted in the author’s edition, and recommends it for publication. The authors and their scientific advisors are responsible for validity and novelty of the results presented.

Text Layout

The first line – “the name of the abstract”- upper-case first letters of meaningful words (in bold type) centered, single-spaced – 11pt;

the second line –the first co-author’s name centered, single-spaced, positioned below the name of the abstract, in bold; the name of the organization, city, country, and the author’s e-mail, in italics – 10pt;

the third line (if necessary) – “the second co-author’s name centered, single-spaced, in bold; the name of the organization, city, country, and the author’s e-mail, in italics  – 10pt;

the fourth line (if necessary) - the third co-authors’ name, centered, single-spaced, in bold; the name of the organization, city, country, and the author’s e-mail, in italics – 10pt;

 The number of contributing authors should be restricted to three, the name of the presenter should be underlined.

the fifth line – the abstract - single spaced, in English (the font is Times New Roman, the font size is 11pt)

References should be positioned at the end of the article (the font is Times New Roman, the font size is 10pt).

Figures and Tables

The figures and tables should be referred to in the text as, for example, the figure (Figure 1) or the table (Table 1) respectively. Try to lay out the text in such a way, that caption is positioned below the illustration, and, if possible, on one page. Each table should have a heading, which is placed above the table and justified right.

The template of the abstract is given in Appendix 2.

 

 The names of scientific and language advisors, if they are not in the list of contributing authors, should be written after the abstract (the font is Times New Roman, the font size is 10pt)..

Artikel sollten in englischer, deutscher oder französischer Sprache verfasst sein. Die Zusammenfassung ist auf 2 Seiten beschränkt (A5, Hochformat). Der Text soll auf nicht mehr als 700 Wörter beschränkt sein.

Artikel werden akzeptiert: Schriftart - Times New Roman, Schriftgröße - 11, alle Ränder – 1,27 cm, Absatzeinzug 0,5 cm, Blocksatz, automatische Silbentrennung ist nicht erlaubt.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Abbildungen und Fotos mit Untertiteln in Times New Roman 9 Italic und deutlich sichtbar sind.

Der Zweck eines Artikels besteht darin, dem Programmkomitee der Konferenz Progress durch Innovation 2018 zu sagendemonstrieren, welche neuen Ergebnisse Sie präsentieren werden. Es ist wichtig, in den ersten Sätzen zu erklären, was Ihre primären Ergebnisse sind. Es ist auch wichtig zu erkennen, wie sich das neue Werk von früheren Arbeiten Ihrer eigenen Gruppe und anderen Gruppen unterscheidet. Nach der Einführung der grundlegenden Ideen und Informationen, wie die Arbeit sich auf andere Werke bezieht, soll detaillierte Beschreibungen der Methoden, Geräte und Ergebnisse folgen. Man muss unbedingt erwähnen, ob diese Ergebnisse experimentell oder theoretisch sind. Nach der Präsentation der Ergebnisse ist es sinnvoll, sie mit anderen Arbeiten zu vergleichen, Unterschiede und Zusammenhänge zu diskutieren und die breiteren Auswirkungen zu kommentieren.

Alle Artikel werden genau wie vorgelegt reproduziert und werden in keiner Weise bearbeitet. Die Abkürzungen sollten auf ein Minimum reduziert werden. Die Verwendung von Standardabkürzungen ist akzeptabel. Präsentieren Sie besondere oder ungewöhnliche Abkürzungen in Klammern nach dem vollen Begriff dort, wo er im Text zum ersten Mal erscheint. Linguistische Genauigkeit liegt in der Verantwortung der Autoren.

Alle Artikel sind in Word 97-2003 auf der Website iytf.nstu.ru einzureichen. Sobald Ihr Artikel erfolgreich angenommen wird, erhalten Sie eine Bestätigung. Die Frist für die Einreichung Ihrer Zusammenfassung ist der 28. Februar 2018.

Jedes Textzitat muss am Ende des Textes unter der Überschrift Referenzen (linksbündig, fett) aufgeführt werden. Im Text soll jeder Hinweis mindestens einmal mit Indizes in der Form: [1] oder [2, p 10] angegeben werden. Titel der Zeitung, Buch / wissenschaftliche Zeitschrift / Name der Konferenz / Ressource, die nicht in Englisch veröffentlicht werden, sollen in lateinischen Buchstaben und begleitet von englischer Variante in eckigen Klammern eingegeben sein. Nach Referenzen setzen Sie den Namen und den wissenschaftlichen Grad Ihrer Forschungsberater und Sprachberater.
