Smart house (SM) is the residential extension of building automation. It is automation of the home, housework or household activity. Smart house may include centralized control of lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), appliances, security locks of gates and doors and other systems, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security. Smart house for the elderly and disabled can provide increased quality of life for persons who might otherwise require caregivers or institutional care. Topicality This software is require , because a lot of people haven’t free time for household chores , because of delay people at the work. After a day in the evening people don’t want to do anything. This program does many of the functions what we doesn’t want to do. For example fill the bath with water, open and close windows and curtains. Functions can come to the action with click buttons on console or on your mobile smart-devices and with voice-control. It is good for disable people in main case. Application area
