We Muslims of the mosque of Hibatulla Tarazi of Taraz city of the Republic of Kazakhstan would like to exchange thoughts, impressions and make some suggestions on the results that the past 70 years brought in the interests of the world in the whole world. First of all, we must once again remember and do not forget what colossal innumerable sacrifices, misfortunes, suffering and destruction were brought by the Second World War unleashed by fascist Hitlerite Germany and their satellites to the peoples of the World, which claimed tens of millions of lives that died on the battlefields tortured in concentration camps and burnt in the ovensum kilns, as well as civilians. After the end of World War II, the peoples of the World sighed with relief: the terrible war is finally over, now we will live in peace, and we have created the United Nations Organization which must protect the interests of the World in the whole World and no wars have ever happened. And what are the results we see: were the hopes of the peoples of the World justified for a peaceful life without a warrior, violence? To be frank, we must acknowledge and keep constant: " what is not, did not come true." Instead of the defeated fascist Germany, a fascist power emerged into the arena - America (USA), which also claims world domination with its countries as satellites. In the beginning, their motto was the struggle against communism at the head of the USSR. As a result, the rivalry between the two world systems, communist and imperialist, and their military confrontations, began to create increasingly destructive, even more deadly types of weapons-nuclear and thermonuclear bombs with all sorts of missiles-carriers on land, water, air and even in space. And the stock of these bombs in the world's arsenal has accumulated so much that 20 times you can destroy all life on earth. And in the case of someone's disgust, provocation, etc. etc., and either a technical malfunction all this overnight can be put into play and then: good-bye Mother Earth and all the living things on it. " This is the dangerous situation we live in." And on the other hand, these local wars on the part of the US then against Iraq, then against Afghanistan, then against other third countries, or endless provocative movements aimed at overthrowing the rulers, which in all cases are fueled by the financial and military CIA of the United States. And all this is ultimately done in the interests of the US military-industrial complex, which profit from the blood and suffering of people in countries involved in military conflicts. All these military actions by the US government are treated as US national interests, although these military actions are very far from the United States. At the same time, the US does not even consider the decisions and recommendations of the UN and continue its planned military actions. So it was during the warrior with Iraq, Afghanistan and others. All this suggests that in the current international situation, when the world is hanging by a hair from self-destruction, the current status of the UN with an advisory, advisory nature of activities has become obsolete and does not meet the requirements of the time on the preservation of peace in the world and the security of peoples in the contemporary international situation and is subject to reorganization by reforming or creation of absolutely new organization with the new status, with new power powers which under force will force to obey and carry out in ie its decision states violate peace or contribute to the emergence of armed conflicts. To do this, it is possible that it should possess military force or financial leverage that can freeze any accounts in the banking system during export, import, embargo or other leverage for countries that do not implement the decisions of this new, essentially international organization. It is also necessary to revive the stalled national movements for world peace. The people of the whole world must realize the depth of the danger of self-destruction of the planet Earth on the way by which the world community is moving, they must frustrate the plans of the tycoons of the US military and industrial complex and the world government about the redistribution of the world that will inevitably lead to a third nuclear world war in which there will be no winners. The main course of the reformed or New Organized Organization of the United Nations (or else how) should be the gradual disarmament of both nuclear and strategic weapons. The headquarters of this peacekeeping organization should not be located in the US, for example in Geneva, Brussels, The Hague or others, in order to be independent and for its maintenance all countries will allocate for example 1% of their annual budget.
