When faced with the decision of saving your money for some time in the future or enjoying your money when you earn it, quite a few would claim to enjoy their money, but others, in contrast, deem to save their money as the premier choice and that is also my point. This quite different view is based on the every possible reason.

Fore most reason for saving the money for future use is when you need a lot of money to deal with some emergent things that happen to you, you should not worry about the fund or lend some money everywhere at that time. For example, two years ago, I spend my summer holiday in a famous scenery pot, after a wonderful trip of the first day, I lost my wallet unconsciously, then I took out some money in the bank to finish the trip. If you did not have some deposit, you can imagine how embarrassed you are.

Second, I have finished my college study, and I am going to go abroad to get a master degree to enhance the ability to face the challenge in the society. Plenty of money is very important to me, so I have to save all the money that I economized for future use.

Third, the economy condition of my family is not so good that I decide to earn enough money to buy a big house for my deeply loving parents.

This is arbitrary to judge saving money for future use according only to the excuse I mentioned in the above paragraph. But I do not deny that enjoying the life is also important to everyone because of brief life. That is to say, I will enjoy my money if I deposit enough.

Should business hire employees for their entire lives? My answer is no. A business has the responsibility to take care of the right and interests of its employees; therefore it should keep them as long as it can. But it is not realistic that a business can hire its employees for entire live.

Firstly, on the business side, in order to survive and thrive, a business, like a human body, needs to constantly bring in new ideas and fresh minds into the corporation, and eliminate those positions that are not needed any longer. Although this might sound cruel, but it is for the survival of the business. If the business itself cannot continue, every employee will lose his/her job. People generally think big companies like IBM or Wal-Mart are the kind of place where people can keep their jobs forever, but these days we often hear about the news that these companies also lay off hundreds and thousands of people due to economic depressions.

Secondly, on the employee side, securing a lifetime job is one company is always not good for his personal advancement. He tends to be satisfied with his current job, and make no plans for the future career advancement. This is harmful for both the company and himself. In fact, it is that hop around among different companies who can get a big increase in terms of salary and benefits, and bring new experience and skills to their new employees.

In conclusion, I believe it is not a good idea to hire employees for their entire lives. It is both harmful to business and its employees, and therefore, also harmful to the society.

Depending on his/her wish, preferences and mentality he/she works for themselves or for someone else. Situations in which individuals are involved also have their effect. An individual, for example, wants to start some new business. However due to financial problems or some other problems he/she may be forced to work for an employer. Both these have their own benefits and drawbacks.
The benefits of working for someone else are following. Firstly, we can gain experience by working for others. This is very helpful when they later started their own business.
Before starting a new business what matters is not one can be successful or fail in that one but it is the one whether he/she has some past experience or full knowledge about it. This is the reason for which all employers will ask the candidates in the interview whether they had any past experience or not. Secondly, it teaches how to work for others. This is important because all cannot work for others. Moreover it also provides a way to see how the employers are making decisions, what errors they are doing, how they are behaving with their superiors as well as with their sub-ordinates. Drawbacks of this are we have to work in a monotonic way and cannot use new methods unless the approval of employer.
The benefits of self-employing are: Firstly, we ourselves provide employment to lot of people which gives abundant spiritual satisfaction. Secondly, we can follow any method or technology we wish as we are the bosses. Main drawback of this is if we make one wrong decision it can affect the lives of hundreds of others. Furthermore, one should be fully aware of all risks associated with it. And also should be able to face both rises and falls with same courage.
In summing, I would prefer to work for an employer initially and later prefer to own a business. As one cannot lead a life as he/she thinks, it all depends on the individuals and the situation they are facing.

If I was asked to make a choice between a high-paying job with long hours and a lower-paying job with shorter hours I would hesitate to answer. I did not decide for myself yet what I want in my life more my family or my career. I think that these options are very different ones and one needs time to make a right decision.

From the one side, a high-paying job with long hours gives one more opportunities to make a great career and succeed in life. Another important aspect of this is that one can earn more money for his family. In addition to these practical benefits, a person can get satisfaction and self-realization that are very important in one's life. I think that it is a very great and essential feeling to be a part of progress, make difference and be satisfied with the job. However, a high-paying job with long hours brings many disadvantages too. For example, a person will have less time for his family and friends. Secondly, the job will be more stressful and bring more responsibilities. A person will have to sacrifice many things to his job.

From the other side, lower-paying job with shorter hours can bring many benefits. One can spend more time with his family and have many pleasant and beautiful moments together. Also, a job will be less stressful and not require to sacrifice one's spare time to get it done. However, a person most likely will not be able to make a career and make much money. To sum up, I think that every person at least one time in his life realize this and make a decision whether he or she wants a career or great family. And I did not make this decision yet.

It is true that both of the family and friends play important roles in influencing young adults, and it is really hard for us to tell which is the most important influence.

In my opinion, the family plays the most important role. When a young child is born, he is brought up by the family not by his friends, and a child has the keener sense in learning than a older one. I think the family can mold the child in the following ways.

Firstly, the family is the first school a child should enter.There he learns and is taught how to learn.It is safe to say that the character of a person is determined in his childhood, and when it is the family which to make the determination.

Secondly, a good family will afford good education for the child. Not allowing smoking in public places and office buildings is a very good rule. I believe this for several reasons. Not only will banning smoking improve people's health, it will also increase worker productivity and reduce conflicts.

We all know smoking is not healthy. Unfortunately, when smokers are able to smoke in public buildings, they can make other people sick. They may work with people who are allergic to smoking, for example. In that case, the non-smokers have no choice unless they want to quit their jobs. They can only get sicker, which is unfair. Of course, banning smoking in public buildings and offices will please non-smokers. It will also improve the smokers' health. They will have fewer opportunities to smoke, so they will smoke fewer cigarettes.

Banning smoking in office buildings can also increase worker productivity. Smokers won't interrupt their work all the time to smoke. There will also be fewer worker absences. When smokers cut down the number of cigarettes, they will get fewer smoking-related illnesses.

If I receive a gift of money which is enough for either a piece of jewelry or a concert ticket, I would choose to buy a concert ticket without doubt. Maybe someone would say that a jewelry can still be soldby a good price years later, however, a concert ticket can only be used once, and after that day, it will be absolutely valueless. But in my point of view, a concert of an adorable singer can never be outweighed by a piece of jewelry. Followings are my reasons.
