Task 2.5 Here's an outline of the sections which should be included in every Resume. Match sections (from 1 to 7) with the corresponding descriptions of what is to be written in each of it (from A to J).

1.Resume Heading A. Work history is the most important component of the resume. Employers will want to know where the applicant has worked, when he worked there, and what responsibilities he held. They will be looking to see how his (hers) experience lines up with what they are looking for in prospective employees. So, it is reasonable to list the jobs and internships the applicant has held in reverse chronological order, with the most recent positions first. Then, for each position, it is good to include: job title, company, location, dates of employment, and a bulleted list of the strongest accomplishments for each job. It’s important to be accurate because employers do conduct background checks.
2. Profile or Objective B. If the applicant has personal interests that are strongly related to the position he (she) is applying for, it is useful to list them here. This can be helpful if he (she) is applying for jobs where he (she) has a lot of related work experience, but does not have expertise achieved in other ways.
3.Summary of Qualifications C. If an applicant has volunteer experience that’s related to the jobs he is applying for, or if he has volunteered to avoid an employment gap, it is reasonable to list volunteering. The applicant is to review these tips for including volunteer work on his resume.
4.Experience D. This section of a resume includes the skills that are directly related to the job for which the applicant is applying. Employers typically list required or preferred skills in job listings when itemizing the qualifications for the position.
5. Volunteer Work E. It is good to mention awards and achievements the applicant has earned. They show the employer that he is a well-credentialed candidate who has been recognized for his (her) accomplishments.
6.Education F. Adding a profile or an objective to a resume gives the employer a brief overview of applicant’s qualifications. This is an optional component of a resume. Hiring managers want to know what the applicant has to offer.
7. Certifications G. A summary of qualifications is another optional section of a resume. It’s a statement that includes the skills, abilities, experience, and what qualifies the applicant for the position.
8. Awards and Accomplishments H. Full Name Street Address City, State, Zip Email Address Telephone Number
9. Skills I. This section of the resume includes any certifications the applicant has.
10. Personal Interests J. It is necessary only to list degrees earned, with the highest first, when the applicant has been out of school for a few years. If a person is a student or recent graduate, the education section of the resume can be listed above the employment history. If one has work experience, it is necessary to list it below that section. Education should be listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent and advanced education first. One should include the name of the school, the degree earned, and the date he (she) graduated [9].
