Organising a City Tour for your Business Partner Task 1. Read the role card.
Task 2. Plan a sightseeing tour for your foreign guests.

Task 3. Estimate how much it will cost for your company to entertain your foreign partners (per person) according to your plan. Think of some possible ways to save the company's money.
Task 4. Work with a partner. Look at your notes and compare them with your partner's. In pairs discuss the best itinerary for a city tour as well as leisure activities (meals and entertainment). You have to plan your foreign visitors' day from 10 am to 10 pm.
Task 5. Organise a meeting where you can present the itinerary and the estimate to your colleagues. Answer their questions.
