To be - быть, находиться.
В отличие от других английских глаголов, глагол " to be" спрягается, т.е. изменяется по лицам и числам:

NB!!! Future Indefinite не употребляется после союзов if (если), when (когда), as soon as (как только), till / until (до того как, прежде чем), while (пока, в то время как). В этих случаях вместо Future Indefinite употребляется Present Indefinite.
Example: If you turn right, you will see the Hall of Justice. – Если вы повернете направо, вы увидите здание суда.
