Look at the map. Work with a partner and find out how you can get to each place. Take it in turns to ask for and give directions. Denote entrances tо buildings.

 

 

Imagine your friend has only been here for one day. He wants to buy the following items: a loaf of bread, a bottle of wine, some chocolates, a newspaper and some salad items. Using the bus and coach station as a starting point and using the vocabulary in the box, explain how he can buy those items listed using the shortest possible route. Oh, yes, your friend has a problem because his spectacles are broken and he cannot read anything without them. Is there anything he can do? Don't forget to explain where the entrances to the buildings are.
