On the basis of task №1 employment 2



- will define the parameters of estimation of uncarcinogenic risks;

- will define individual risks;

- describe possible unfavorable effects for a health from influence of non-carcinogenic pollutants;

- describe possible unfavorable effects for a health from influence of carcinogenic pollutants;

- give the analysis of vagueness on the stage of estimation of dependence " dose/concentration - response".

Task №2.

On the basis of task №2 employment 2

- will define the parameters of estimation of non-carcinogenic risks;

- describe possible unfavorable effects for a health from influence of non-carcinogenic pollutants;

- describe possible unfavorable effects for a health from influence of carcinogenic pollutants;

Theme: Estimation of exposure.

2. Aim: Forming of knowledge and skills by estimation of exposure.

Educational tasks.

- it is forming of idea about the estimation of exposure;

- it is forming of knowledge about the methods of estimation of exposure;

- it is forming of idea about the stages of exposure;

- it is forming of skills upon settlement of exposure and dose.

4. Basic questions of theme:

- it is estimation of exposure, determination and basic concepts.

- the first stage of exposure estimation is characterization by influence zone

- the second stage of exposure estimation is ways of distribution of chemicals in an environment and their affecting man.

- it is route of influence/way of chemical substance

- processes of transfer, accumulation and transformation of chemicals in an environment. Media distribution.

- the third stage of exposure estimation is determination of influence degree (quantitative characterization of exposure);

- it is determination of concentrations in the point of influence;

- monitoring of environment objects;

- it is design of chemicals distribution in an environment;

- it is characterization of concentrations in the point of influence
