8. The temperature gauge gives the temperature of the engine cooling water. Some gauges have a red section to warn the driver if the engine overheats.

9. The oil pressure gauge registers the working pres­sure of the engine lubrication system. Not all tractors have an oil pressure gauge.

The ignition warning light comes on when the battery is not charging. It also shows the driver that the ignition is still on when the engine is not running.
