а) причастие может иметь дополнение;

б) может определяться наречием;

  Active Voice Passive Voice
Present writing asking being written being asked
Past - written asked
Perfect having written having asked having been written having been asked

II.

Present Participle Passive образуется при помощи Present Participle глагола to be being и Past Participle смыслового глагола: being written (будучи написан).

Perfect Participle Active образуется при помощи Present Participle глагола to have (having) и Past Participle смыслового глагола.

Perfect Participle Passive образуется при помощи Perfect Participle глагола to be (having been) и Past Participle смыслового глагола, having written (написав), having being written (был написан).

III.

Ex.: A broken cup lay on the table. —

Arriving at the station, I rang him up.

Ex.: It being Sunday, the library was closed. —

Ex.: We went for a walk, the rain having ceased. —

Ex.: Radio was invented in Russia, the inventor being the Russian scientist. —

Participle I

Present Participle участвует в образовании времен группы Continuous в сочетании с личными формами вспомогательного глагола to be:

Ex.: They are drawing now.

The boy sitting at the table is her brother.

Participle II
